Job Requirements:
Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Countrywide Product Management. Responsible for the General design of new product initiatives for Auto, Home and Umbrella. This individual will act as a key integrator between Research, Product, Underwriting, Marketing and IT on all new Product initiatives and enhancements to existing products, including:

Partnering with IT to develop business requirements for new products and product enhancements and develop appropriate business test plans to ensure flawless implementation

Process changes

POS changes and design
-
Monitoring of new product rollouts

Design of monitoring reports to assess business distribution vs. expectations

Comparison of key leading and trailing metrics to assess performance
