B2B Marketing Specialist-Temp Role/Remote Job at Bright Horizons Family Solutions

In this role, you will support key B2B marketing initiatives across Revenue Marketing and Client Visibility. This includes, the execution of external marketing campaigns and events, project management, compiling marketing metrics & documentation, and distributing client-facing communications. you will support You will have a front-row seat to see how B2B teams operate, and the ability to learn about B2B marketing from cross-functional teams.
What you will do:
Support Bright Horizons events across pre-event interest and attendee recruitment, in-person event logistics, and post-event debrief, attendee nurture, and sales follow-up
Serve as primary point of contact for project management across revenue-driving events, ensuring timely tasks are executed in accordance with program goals & project timeline
Generate visibility into the impact of marketing campaigns by compiling metrics across various sources, including Salesforce
Support Bright Horizons Client Visibility team across virtual events and in-person client events. This includes virtual meeting platform management, project planner updates, updating and distributing communications, etc
Communicate project and program progress regularly to stakeholders, including the circulation of key metrics
Manage email list building, segmentation, and clean-up efforts
Research vendors and conduct introductory meetings to evaluate fit
Rigorously review, proof and edit work to deliver the highest-quality deliverables of the marketing team to make informed enhancements where necessary.
What you bring:
2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or administrative role
Familiarity with Salesforce, or equivalent CRM software, and Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Strong writing and editing skills, with an attention to detail
Ability to work independently to high standards of quality and timeliness
Successful track record of establishing campaign execution and reporting processes and adapting as goals evolve
Strong project management and prioritization skills

$20/hr.
