Multi-unit Regional Back of House Manager

Bad Brads BBQ is seeking to fulfill a position in our Back of house multi-unit Regional Management team. This individual must have a passion for food, and a strong understanding of high-volume scratch kitchens. This position will cover 5 locations in the Metro Detroit area and will play a key role in ensuring food quality, team member training, securing systems and ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld. This is a highly visible role tasked with ensuring our kitchens consistently deliver amazing food to our guests, operational effectiveness, and strong communication skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
