Shift: 2nd shift - 1:30pm- 10:00 pm ($20.05 - D.O.E.) per hour M-F

Shift: Team Lead - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm ($25.00 + D.O.E.) per hour M-F

The machine operator will be responsible for:

• Ball milling and sifting operations, which is the reduction of the particle size of processed materials through machine grinding, while working in personal protection equipment in a noisy and hot environment
• Identifying and sorting metals as dictated by material type and corresponding job instructions
• Adhering to the quality standards of ISO 9001 and our facility

Machine Operators with field experience in the following fields or following job experiences is a plus:

• Cement mixing
• construction
• milling operators
• pharmaceutical
• ceramic or recycling industry

Requirements:

• Must have independent, reliable transportation as we are in a remote area of Fairless Hills with no public transportation options
• Must have strong basic math skills and an aptitude for problem identification and solving
• Must be able to effectively communicate information to supervisors and co-workers while successfully contributing to a team environment
• Must comply with all corporate health and safety standards
• Must be able to lift and move heavy weights while bending and standing
• Must be willing to operate heavy machinery according to instructions
• Must be willing to perform repetitive tasks
• Must be comfortable with very hot, heavy industrial environment
• Must be able (fit test) and willing to wear Personal Protection Equipment for the duration of the shift including wearing a Tyvek Suit with supplied air as well as hearing protection
• Must be well organized with great attention to detail with the ability to multitask and show time management skills all while keeping accuracy
