Branch Manager

In this Role you Will:
- Responsible for growing their market share and identifying business opportunities by being actively involved in their communities with their civic groups and organizations
- Responsible for providing consistent, superior advice and guidance to our customers, which results in stronger customer relationships and bank growth
- Responsible for overseeing the relationship driven culture within their branch
- Adheres to all compliance guidelines to ensure bank is in compliance with all the bank’s standard. Keep up-to-date with changes and follows new procedures as implemented
- Assumes the overall leadership role in the branch by effectively delegating responsibility and authority as appropriate
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and facility management
- May be responsible for the supervision and development of a mortgage lender in their market
We Want to Hear from Candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Broad knowledge of the products and services offered and aware of the features and pricing of the products and services they support.
- Thorough knowledge of regulations & laws that relates to his/her department
- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, and management
- Must be able to utilize time productively with minimum supervision
- Must be able to work under pressure, and to work extra hours when required by workload or projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
