Banking Relationship Manager


As a Banking Relationship Manager, your primary role will be to direct and administer the operational efforts of the branch. Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversee provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensure that customers are promptly and professionally served.

You will be a fully experienced, qualified relationship manager capable of independent activity. You should have proven client relationship skills, as well as extensive product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution skills.

You also have a talent and love for sales. You are able take a high-level view of company strategy, and effectively translate it into day to day actions that every team member can understand and achieve at store level. Because of this talent, you can guide your branch to strong, consistent, year over year growth. Your dedication to superior customer service creates raving fans out of everyone who walks into your store and keeps them coming back for more.

Practically speaking you will:

    • Effectively supervise branch staff, ensuring optimal performance
  • Supervise work scheduling and workflow of daily routine operations
  • Ensure branch security
  • Open and close the building in accordance with set hours and tests security equipment quarterly
  • Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with established Bank policies and with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and assist with customer service functions
  • Assist in New Accounts and on Teller line as needed
  • Cross-sell Bank services
  • Implement changes to established policies and procedures within the branch

The Details

This is a full-time, permanent position located in multiple Texas locations: Fort Worth, Caldwell, Jacksonville, Round Rock, and Bastrop. You’ll earn a competitive base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, vacation, and a 401K with a match of 50%.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience
  • Minimum five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum five years lending experience
  • Commercial Lending experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank services and products
  • Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures
  • Real estate and origination background (asset)
