The Role Responsibilities

  • On-Boarding
  • On-Boarding all Sales/Trading Staff and Prime Brokerage Staff ensuring they are properly set up with access to all applications/systems that are required
  • Admin support for Regional Support Team, Traders, Regional Co-Head of Financial Markets as well Desk Heads of Investor Sales, and back-up to Dealing Room Manager.
  • TA / New Hire Liaison
  • Travel-Air, Visa, Car Booking, Travel Folder
  • Expenses - AMEX reconciliation
  • Calendar Management (Regional Coo, FM Desk Heads, FM Head)
  • Setting up Candidate interviews for Traders
  • IT Support Liaison- RMS / Tickets
  • CRES Support Liaison- Badges, Accommodations
  • Team Event Co-ordinations - Lunches, Town Halls, Celebrations
  • Room Bookings - Video Conferences
  • Visitor Itineraries
  • Supplies
  • Mail - Correspondence

Expenses:

  • Ask Trading team for all receipts that are on their corporate card (AMEX), AMEX statement and any cash receipts which they might incur as well.
  • Need to get approval from business heads depending on the amounts of their expenses.
  • Process Expenses for the entire Sales, Trading, Research or DCM teams in a timely fashion.
  • Once all expenses have been processed and approved, they are sent to Accounts Payable for payment.

Invoices:

  • Vetting and adding new vendors to the vendor management system.
  • Processing all invoices and assuring that they are paid in a timely manner.
  • Sending hard copy of processed invoices to accounts payable.

Travel:

  • Book travel through Carlson Wagonlit for flights, hotels and rental cars.
  • Seek approval from the appropriate business heads.
  • Reserve cars through East Coast if need be.
  • Keep all itineraries for AMEX’s expenses
  • Roadshows/Backup
  • Coordinate with overseas co-workers about booking flights, hotels and booking car services through Boston Coach for Analysts/Management.

General Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the Analyst to ensure that Management has everything they need for their stay here in the US, presentations, breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations
  • Arrange; breakfast; lunch and dinner reservations for sales and trading staff
  • Coordinate Conference Calls/Video Conferences and arrange Dial-ins.
  • Print out documents for Regional CCO and Head Financial Markets Americas
  • Supporting 3 Managing Directors and teams.
  • Raising requests for any additional access to any applications/systems that Sales might require

Expected annual base pay range for the role is $80,655 to $138,266. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
