Banquet Server $19/hr Job at The Service Companies
Our company is now hiring experienced Banquet Servers to work with one of our clients special events inside Bethlehem luxurious casino/resort. We’re hiring reliable staff and offer weekly pay, every Friday with direct deposit.
Job location: Bethlehem, PA
Pay: $19/hr
Work Schedule:
- On Call / Event Based
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event preparation, set up and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, tablecloths and place settings.
- Buffet style - tray passing.
- Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety and quality food regulations.
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Banquet Server or similar role
- Courteous and attentive to guests
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs and carrying heavy objects
- Must be comfortable carrying an oval tray
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Banquet Server
Physical Demands:
- This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling up to 8 hours.
- May also lift up to 50lbs.

- White button-up long-sleeve
- Black long tie
- Black pants (slacks)
- Black non-slip shoes
- Black socks
