Barista/Cashier Job at Papparoti
We are looking for an energetic, courteous, engaging, and hard-working Barista/Cashier to join our team.
The barista will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.
To succeed as a barista, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. You should be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.
Barista responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, making suggestions, Cooperating and communicating with staff, assisting customers with menu selection, and answering all questions in a respectful and patient manner. Servers are expected to help expedite orders during peak times, maintain clean and organized workstations, attend to their opening, mid-day, and closing duties, and adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
