Licensure/Certification
The Daily Grind coffee shops are a fun, friendly environment within Norman Regional Health System looking for experienced Baristas. We would love for you to be part of our Daily Grind team. Each of our three campuses has a Daily Grind Coffee Shop. We serve Starbucks coffee and pastries to our patients, families, and healers. If you enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment apply today!

- Provides high quality customer service and drinks according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Develops relationships with customers.
- Ensures accurate cash handling and deposits.
- Responsible for the continual stocking of food and drink products.
- Ensures all Health Department guidelines and store policies are followed on cleanliness.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Six months in customer service setting required.
- Six months as a barista preferred.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
Licensure/Certification
- Cleveland County Food Handlers Permit required.
- Must be obtained before beginning work in the coffee shop.
Compensation
- $12.22-$19.95/hr depending on previous work experience
