Experience required, knowledge of wine is a must, French style service, and familiarity with Micros a plus. Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and operation of the bar. Responsible for properly taking drink orders from guests and producing drinks for guests and servers in accordance with company recipe specifications and standards. Mix and serve drinks to guests, directly or through servers. Full service over the bar top. Learn and consistently craft a unique set of cocktails, while multi-tasking and staying upbeat and positive. Communicates with front and back-of-the-house staff to provide an experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations. Work by the motto “we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.” Provides the highest quality of service to guests in accordance with company policies and objectives, to strive towards guest satisfaction, positive employee relations, and profitability. Wash and sterilize glassware, prepare, and replenish drink garnishes. Professionals only, please.

Compensation | You will receive 15% commission on your individual gross sales (gross sales less comps); this amount is paid 100% to you and not shared with support staff. Any voluntary tips or gratuities (“bumps”) paid at the guests’ discretion are also paid entirely to you. The average earnings including commissions and bumps are $55-70/hour; however, this rate is based on your gross sales and bumps, and as such may vary and is not guaranteed.
