Bartenders are an important part of the legendary service experience we provide for our guests. We are looking for experienced and professional team members who are dedicated to learning and consistently crafting a unique set of cocktails, while multi-tasking and staying upbeat and positive. Experience with high-end craft cocktails and fine wine are needed, as well as the ability to provide full service at the bar top. Responsibilities include consistent quality cocktail creation. Set-up, maintenance, and operation of the bar. Communicate with front and back-of-the-house staff to provide an experience that exceeds guest expectations. Wash and sterilize glassware, prepare, and replenish drink garnishes.
Compensation| You will receive 15% commission on your individual gross sales (gross sales less comps); this amount is paid 100% to you and not shared with support staff. Any voluntary tips or gratuities (“bumps”) paid at the guests’ discretion are also paid entirely to you. The average earnings including commissions and bumps are $55-70/hour; however, this rate is based on your gross sales and bumps, and as such may vary and is not guaranteed.
