At Hash Kitchen, we offer a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar that allows guests to make a bloody mary with over 50 craft options!

The bar at Hash Kitchen will be full service for our guests. You will make and serve alcoholic beverages, take food orders, engage and welcome guests, and stock and organize the bar.

• Knowledgeable about the menu and prepared to input any food orders for guests in addition to drink orders.
• Must be 21 years of age
• TABC Certified
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.

A Day In Brunch Life

As the bartender at Hash Kitchen, you will be responsible for securing all money and liquor behind the bar. You will maintain the bar as seen from the guest's perspective and always be clean, organized, and orderly. You will monitor cocktail service to ensure that all guests receive the necessary attention and required degree of service.

• 
  Open and close the bar following the opening and closing checklists.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the brand's drink recipes.
• Arrange and maintain liquor bottles and glasses attractively and functionally to support drink preparation and promotion of beverages
• Check and verify the legal age requirement for the purchase of alcohol.
• Accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make changes if necessary.
• Balance cash receipts
• Clean and sterilize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
• Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant manager
• Limit brand liability by not serving guests who have been excessively drinking and helping arrange transportation for intoxicated guests as needed
• Help serve food items to guests seated at the bar area.
• Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
