POSITION SUMMARY:
Sugarbush is seeking bartenders to join our talented food and beverage team. Bartenders provide our guests with exceptional service and prepare beverages in a professional and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve the guest in a friendly and prompt manner, with a pleasant and helpful attitude.
- Assist host and servers while they service the guests.
- Daily set-up, stocking, tear-down, and over all cleanliness and sanitization of bar and/or restaurant.
- Make important decisions concerning the proper and safe sale of alcohol.
- Must be knowledgeable about Sugarbush and surrounding area in order to answer guest questions and direct accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- 1 year prior bartending experience required.
- Must hold current Vermont Department of Liquor certification.
- Must possess a passion and a well-rounded working knowledge of food, wine, and beverages.
- Proven ability to respond quickly and positively to changing conditions.
- Work well as part of a team.
