Toyota of Tampa Bay is looking to bring on the best Business Development Center Representatives!

AMAZING PAY!! $18.00 / Hour + Commission. Standard performance for our BDC Agents can expect $3,250 - $3,750 a month. Over performance can expect $3,750 - $4,250 a month. Looking for driven people to start immediately!!

What would you do?

- Answering and maintain 200+ accounts a month.

- Scheduling appointments for the sales team at the store.

- Calling, text and emailing accounts on a scheduled plan.

Consistently and professionally connect with prospective customers via phone and email to set and confirm appointments. Follow up with customers. Utilize a prospect development system through the Customer. Relationship Management software. Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business which contributes to customer satisfaction. Build a working knowledge of the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes in the product. Call Center sales experience not required however is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Flexible schedule and availability.

Needed Experience:

• Prior Automotive BDC experience is helpful but not required
• High volume outbound call experience is a must
• Handle Incoming calls
• 5-day work week
• Saturdays required and some Sundays
• Flexibility a must!
