MetroEHS is seeking Behavior Technicians to step into open positions in our Plymouth Neighborhood Therapy Center.

Behavior Technicians play a crucial role in the life of a child. Our Behavior Technician team members work under the direction of a BCBA to carry out treatment plans with children on the autism spectrum. Behavior Technicians assist children with special needs in learning day to day tasks. This is an important, much needed, and growing field, and it can be the start of a new career. Many MetroEHS employees begin a career with the company and move up the ladder to various other positions.

Most MetroEHS Behavior Therapists begin their career working part-time. If you are interested in a full-time position, that may be available over time. We are looking for individuals with open schedules. Candidates must be able to attend an in-person 40 hour training upon hire 9AM-5PM the first week of work.

With MetroEHS, 30 hours per week is considered full-time employment and qualifies you for the following after 90 days of employment:
