FLEXIBLE HOURS/PRN-Part-Time/As-Needed - Behavioral Health Techs: Crisis Units [# 223]

The DLC Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) and Children's Crisis Stabilization Unit (CCSU) provide care to individuals who are experiencing a mental health and/or substance use disorder crisis.

Within the CSU and CCSU, Behavioral Healthcare Technicians (BHT's) provide direct Client care and inspire/create life changing wellness.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Direct Client care that demonstrates intuitive skill and inclusive treatment.

• Crisis support and intervention plus processing admissions and discharges.

• Ensuring the safety of both Clients and colleagues in all environments, including transport.

• Clearly and consistently communicating the DLC Charter.

• Providing a therapeutic environment for services and treatment.

• Working closely with other DLC Team Members including Doctors, Nurses, Clinicians, other BHT's and Support Staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.

TO JOIN OUR PRN TEAM OF BHT's:

• High school Diploma/GED = Required

• Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

• Ability to pass a Level II DCF/AHCA Fingerprinting, Drug Screen & Local Criminal Check = Required

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS:

• Hourly/Non-Exempt Position

• NEW Shift Differential pay increase for hours worked between 4PM-8AM

Weekdays
DAY [8AM-4PM] = Base Rate
EVENING [4PM-12AM] = $2.00 per hour
OVERNIGHT [12AM-8AM] $3.50 per hour

Weekends
DAY [8AM-4PM] = $1.00 per hour
EVENING [4PM-12AM] = $3.00 per hour
OVERNIGHT [12AM-8AM] $4.50 per hour
