Rapidly growing around all of greater Tampa Bay! Looking to add excited Behavior Analysts and RBT's who may find motivation in working with children who present with varying exceptionalities within and beyond the autism spectrum.

Supervision is provided free of charge for RBT's; supervision is implicit in BCBA leaders' caseload for treatment integrity.

If you are studying for an advanced degree, or just advancing your level of certification, individual/small group teaching/learning sessions are provided weekly free of charge to help you in your studies

Pay is competitive with focus on experience and opportunity for growth/development. A major focus of Tandem is the continued learning and growing of those who choose to work with us. CEU opportunities provided free through Tandem, conference/workshop assistance possible for those who work 25+ hours per week.
