Job Description
The Bellman/ Resort Attendant is a key member of the owner services team and assists them with ensuring the owners and guests have an effortless visit home. Year-round employment with benefits, paid time off, health insurance plans to choose from, matching 401k.
$16/hour plus additional automatic gratuities
Essential Job Functions:
- Interact with owners and guests of Timbers Kiawah
- Assist with luggage and owner bins
- Assist with grocery and package delivery as well as placing finishing touches in the residence.
- Maintain and clean amenities, recreational equipment and company vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse.
Looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual as you will often be working on your own.
Valid driver's license a plus.
Prior experience is a plus but not necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must speak English.
