To provide exceptional service to all guests at all time. Often the first and last person a guest sees while staying on property.
Essential Functions:

- Greet guests in a friendly manner and offer assistance with luggage
- Operate the courtesy shuttle
- Baggage handling
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages, record on log
- Deliver packages and obtain signature
- Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner
- Be knowledgeable of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests
- Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations
- Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.
- Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot

- Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
- Flexibility in work shifts
- Read and speak English
- Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
- Ability to follow instructions
