Ideal Team Leader candidates will have previous leadership experience and are eager to join a close-knit family, loves to have fun and is ready to learn how to run a successful store. Also, must have a sense of community, and enjoy volunteering for local non-profits.

Added bonus to those that love the smell of waffle cones, chocolate and are ready to lead a team!

Pay Range

$18-$20.00/hour plus tips

Hours:

Up to 30hrs - Part Time

Up to 40hrs - Full Time

Ben & Jerry’s Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities:

- Onboard and train new hires

- Facilitate communication to/from Managers to Team Members

- Open and Close Stores

- Assist with scheduling

- Monitor inventory

- Run shifts at the shop

- Maintain shop cleanliness and healthy equipment

- Manage deposits and proper money handling

- Provide constructive feedback to others

Ben & Jerry’s Team Member Highlights:

Ben & Jerry Team Member Qualifications:

- Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

- Be able to push, pull, lift and carry 20lbs without assistance.

- Be able to provide respectful customer service.

- Open Flexibility: able to work Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays

- Work Authorization

- Must be able to communicate with customers who speak only English.

- Previous leadership role preferred.

- Able to handle high stress situations.

- 18 years or older

- High school diploma

- Must have valid food safety certificate within 1 month of employment.
