About the Opportunity

We currently seek an experienced Benefits Support Specialist that will serve as a liaison between our employees and the internal benefits team. The right candidate will be able to answer questions from employees regarding their employee benefit program, assist employees with enrollment in benefits, and research and resolve questions/issues while coordinating with other internal resources when needed. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership of effectively answering benefit questions, resolving issues, and handling complaints and inquiries while doing so with patience, empathy, and a helpful attitude.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
  • Minimum 1+ Years Employee Benefit Experience
  • Minimum 1+ Years Inbound Call Center Experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a must
  • Outstanding Communication Skills – Written and Verbal
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience
  • Ability to Prioritize, Multitask, and Work Under Time Constraints
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
  • Current Life/Health/Accident Insurance License

Salary: $20-24 DOE
