Lowes Hotels at Universal Orlando is Now hiring a Beverage Manager for their Beautiful High Volume Resorts!
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of Wines and Spirits; all matters relating to the proper administration and operation of beverage service outlets and the legal aspects associated with delivery of alcoholic beverages (TIPS certified or equivalent)
- Five to seven years progressive management experience in large up-scale, multiple outlet, hotel beverage operations
- Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
- Certification of training in Responsible Vendor requirements or ability to obtain same
- Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
