Bilingual Account Manager Job at Faire Labor
The Account Manager reports to the Faire Labor Regional Operations Manager and is responsible for leading all day-to-day placement activities at specific client sites. This position will have responsibility for approximately field associates placed at locations. Our organization is rapidly growing and seeking a key resource to help execute and source our hiring and onboarding processes. Experience in staffing and light industrial/commercial within the Indiana market is required.

· 20% Managing FL new account/client interactions.

Job Summary:
This role requires 5+ years of experience in recruiting and staffing operations within the Light Industrial/Commercial industry within the Indiana market. Account Managers will serve as role models for Faire Labors' values and culture. This is a fast-paced position requiring travel to client sites and constant interaction with clients and associates.
Major Responsibilities: This position is accountable for:
Sales, Business Development, Compliance, Interviewing Quality & Efficiency, Customer Retention, Associate Relations, Payroll & Operational Leadership
- Business develops by gathering leads, prospects and grow the business through its clientele
- Provide leadership within the Account Management/Operations/Recruitment department
- Drive the recruiting and training of additional Account Managers/Recruiters/Operations and other team
- members within market/region.
- Partner with the market team to ensure all client orders are filled in a timely manner.
- Sourcing, interviewing and contacting candidates throughout various job boards, resources, and within the community.
- Identify employee strengths to properly match with open requisitions.
- Assist in office with onboarding, payroll, job assignments, and administrative documents.
- Utilizing the Application Tracking System to streamline and communicate each step in the hiring process.
- Annual sales goals will fluctuate based on business needs, 2022 will be the same as 2021 9MM
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations.

This position is accountable for their market’s:
- Compliance (ensuring all placed associates have completed necessary HR and customer contract requirements)
- Interviewing Quality & Efficiency (interviewing, completing final selection, and onboarding associates to fill customer orders),
- Customer Retention (increasing customer loyalty by building professional relationships with clients and proving
- the Company’s ability to solve problems and deliver results while meeting contract specifications)
- Associate Relations (quickly escalating or resolving associate complaints, supporting field associate needs and proactively building communication channels with every field associate)
- Account Managers will serve as role models for Faire Labor’s values and culture. This is a fast-paced position requiring daily travel to client sites and constant interaction with clients and associates.
Job Specific Duties:
- Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback while establishing and communicating performance expectations.
- Effectively communicate account information and order specifications to all parties required for proper order fulfillment.
- Possess understanding and demonstrate a working knowledge of the industrial and/or staffing industry.
Essential Requirements:
- This role requires 5+ years of experience in operations and a proven customer-service focus, in the Light Industrial industry
- Strong history of leadership, accountability, and success in the operations
- An associate focused leader who proactively communicates, checks in and monitors placed field associates to assist with any associate-relations needs that arise
- Systems savvy; ideally with prior exposure to Salesforce and HRIS/Avionte/ Applicant Tracking Systems
- Documented Weekly clientele on-site visits
- Must have a flexible schedule. Hours will vary M-F between 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, & 9am-6pm
- Must be capable of working both autonomously and as a team player.
- Light Industrial or commercial division
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mandatory

- 100% adherence to compliance requirements
- Visibility at client sites
- Minimum assigned year around FTEs of 50+
Safety requirements and equipment used:
- Practices safe office equipment usage always
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Requires long periods of time seated in front of a computer or in meetings including video or phone- based conference calls
- Will require 40 plus hours per week, including some evening and weekend hours to meet deadlines and solve unexpected problems
- Will require business travel and periods of time away from home
