Due to rapid expansion and continuous growth, we are seeking experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service/Administrative Specialists.

These positions will handle incoming customer service calls related to automobile insurance claims, as well as provide general administrative support.

For those seeking a career path, this opportunity qualifies individuals, based on performance, for advancement into our Claims Adjuster Trainee program.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Spoken & Written
  • Minimum of two-years administrative and/or customer service work experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Word
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Superior customer service skills coupled with an honest desire to help people
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Focused and driven to meet assigned tasks, goals, and objectives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with Customers
  • Typing skills of 40+ words per minute minimum

Preferred Attributes:

  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Insurance related administrative experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
