The Clinical Supervisor for the Latino Residential Unit will supervise a multi-disciplinary team, confers with staff regularly regarding techniques used, case progress, and related matters for the purpose of promoting and evaluating professional development and assuring quality of care, as well as reviewing work in progress; coordinates day-to-day functions and ensures appropriate staff coverage; provides day-to-day supervision including the coordination and delegation of work/assignments, and staff coverage. Monitors electronic medical records (EMR) for completion of clinical services and ensures compliance with related federal, state and local regulations, as well as departmental and county policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor will interact and interface between clinicians and participants to resolve clinical concerns at the lowest level and will perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS*
- A Masters, from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or clinical specialty in human services) or other related fields. (Master’s degree required)
- Masters with 2 years of experience in the human services field (preferably in a drug and alcohol setting).
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) required
- ASAM Certified (preferred)
- CPR certification, desirable
- CADC, CAADC, LPC, LCADC preferred
- 2 years previous supervisory experience working directly in a drug and alcohol setting.
