This Opportunity

WSP is seeking one full time Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position will report in-person to the Northwest Parkway Mainline Plaza which is located at approximately 164th and Lowell Blvd in Broomfield, CO.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m and 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Hourly pay-rate is:

  • $20.89 per hour
  • $21.38 per hour for a Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Your Impact

The Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries into the Service Center. This position will benefit from great organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to interface effectively with external and internal customers. Excellent written and oral communication skills preferred. CSR May be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.

  • Handle Customer Service calls calls.
  • Help ensure phone coverage is always maintained from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in the call center.
  • Process and respond to customer emails.
  • Learn and utilize the GO-PASS back-office system thoroughly
  • Process customer requests for new GO-PASS accounts verifying correct vehicle information and DMV information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong de-escalation skills
  • Navigate Windows interface, keyboard and mouse.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Additional projects assigned by the Customer Service Lead
  • Due to the demands of this position, outstanding attendance is required.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Pass a Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
  • Pass Skills Assessment tests
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contact center experience required.

Physical Demands

Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 10 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; frequent speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication; daily use of computer keyboard, standard office equipment and telephone.
