AZ HR Hub is seeking a Phoenix based bilingual HR Generalist (Mandarin)!

What will I be doing?

We are looking for an HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience. A successful HR Generalist will collaborate with our Clients on a regular basis. Our ideal Generalist holds an academic HR background combined with work experience as an HR Generalist.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development to multiple clients.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for multiple clients.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertakes tasks around performance management.
  • Gathers and analyzes data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organizes quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Answering HR-related queries and requests.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records (in an HRIS).
  • Other duties as assigned.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Must be able to communicate (verbal/written) in Mandarin
  • Proven work experience as an HR Generalist
  • Hands-on experience with software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Strong discernment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively while paying careful attention to concerns and questions from clients and job candidates.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional reading comprehension
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and fluid work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive or proprietary information
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products
  • Must be customer-friendly and have a friendly disposition

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of HR experience
  • Microsoft 365 required
  • Multiple platforms in One Drive preferred
  • Must be located in Phoenix

Education:

  • BS/MS in Human Resource Management preferred.

To fully perform their duties, the HR Generalist will be required to sit and work at a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
