Job Description
Lakeview Chiropractic has an opening for a part-time bilingual receptionist. We are a growing business, so we are looking for someone who will be long term. Pay will start at $14-$17 per hour depending on experience.
15-30 hours per week. More hours available if desired.
Bilingual Receptionist Summary:
A receptionist is responsible for the patient check-in process, computer appointment scheduling, updating computer patient information and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments.
Bilingual Receptionist Duties:
-Greet patients
-Answer phone calls
-Schedule appointments
-Call insurances
-Call missed appointments
-Multiple calls for marketing
-Keep front desk organized
Bilingual Receptionist Requirements:
-Outgoing
-Friendly
-Good communication skills(verbal & written)
-Fluent in both English and Spanish
-General knowledge of computers
-Ability to multi-task
Hours:
Monday 9:00am-6:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday 2:00pm-6:00pm and Friday 9:00am-2:00pm.
Experience:
Experience is not necessary just as long as you are willing to learn and are fast learner.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
