SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain all employee files and records.
- Maintain I9 folders at each branch location and within Company’s HRIS system.
- Maintain current files and records for eligible drivers in Company’s HRIS system.
- Create job postings that reflect current organizational needs.
- Keep candidate tracking data up to date.
- Assist with interviews during periods of high demand.
- Complete interviews with Spanish speaking applicants.
- Track and maintain employment status for all company employees.
- Creates and places job advertising on all company recruiting sites, including social media and internal programs as required.
- Reviews all applications and assists in the management of scheduled interviews through Calendly.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to complete orientations across all branch locations, as well as to answer potential applicant inquiries when they are received.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and is highly organized.
- Strong people and customer service skills.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrates appropriate phone and e-mail etiquette when communicating with potential applicants.
- Ability to answer or return phone calls and/or e-mails within 1 business day.
- Completes assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Works well with co-workers and potential applicants.
- Demonstrates independent action and resourcefulness on the job. Performs duties in an acceptable manner and with minimal supervision.
- HRIS management and MS Office Suite experience.
- 2-year degree or 2 years of related experience in recruiting and HR fields.
- Ability to maintain personal appearance and grooming expectations, as detailed in the Employee Handbook and Professionalism Guidelines.
- Adheres to Employer expectations regarding conduct as specified in the Employee Handbook and Professionalism Guidelines.
This position calls for a highly motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication skills who will assist the Organizational Effectiveness and Development Manager with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified job applicants. This position will lead the company’s talent sourcing and recruiting efforts to create a pipeline of candidates to meet business needs. This position is a hybrid position with some work completed at home and some required in the office at the Company’s St. Paul Headquarters.
