BILLING COORDINATOR - LAS VEGAS, NV

We have an immediate need for a full-time, office based, Billing Coordinator:

  • Process time sheets for contractors with Giving Home Health Care
  • Work directly with case management team to successfully process all caregiver time sheets and information
  • Checking timesheets for accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases, software programs, and spreadsheets
  • Input special payroll information (ex: milage, bonuses, pay increases, back pay, etc.)
  • Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations
  • Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
  • Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management
  • Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Develops and maintains payroll policies and procedures, payroll calendars, payroll checklists, process maps, and other procedural documentation
  • Position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality of records
  • Must be able to process high volume computer input with a high level of accuracy
  • Capable of performing work within fixed time constraints
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments within Giving Home Health Care

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Detail oriented for all financial review and account coding.
  • Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Email management experience with multiple inboxes and users.
  • Spreadsheet skills.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to present information daily.

We seek persons who communicate well and maintain strict confidentiality while embracing a strong team spirit. You must have excellent reading, writing and computer skills.

You must be great at organization with ability to manage multiple projects.

Start at $19/HR with a bonus program, paid time off, medical-dental-vision benefits become available after 90 days, 401k after a year.
