Responsibilities:
- Billing of customer / carrier invoices
- Billing of company drivers & owner operator loads
- Work with all dispatchers and operations to settle loads correctly
- Communicate with customers about issues that many arise
- Understand and utilize TMW software
- Daily scanning of driver and brokerage paperwork
- Enter billing rates and adjust based off terminal instructions as noted
- Transflo paperwork
- Answer phones
- Filing
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a post-hire drug test, background check and employment verification
