STS Aviation Group is hiring Billing Specialists in Jensen Beach, Florida.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage users, user profiles and company policies in expense system
• Ordering and management of credit cards
• Open and scan mail
• Collate and mail Accounts Payable checks
• Mailing of accounting documents
• Review of new hire and change management forms for accuracy, and completion of accounting tasks requested
• Clerical tasks relating to monthly close Excel documents
• Downloading and saving reports from payroll system
• Uploading files to accounting system
• Downloading reports from accounting system
• Performing other accounting duties as required or assigned

Educational Background/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous Experience preferred but not required.

General Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA):

• Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Detail oriented, well organized, high degree of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills
• Must possess strong customer service and follow up skills Working knowledge of general ledger and trial balance

Nature of Work:

• Prepare and submit customer billing.

Classification:

• Non-Exempt Hourly – Full Time Regular

General Responsibilities:

• Create customer invoices from field level input.
• Enter and maintain customer and contractual information within billing system.
• Ensure invoices comply with contractual terms.
• Respond to inquiries; check account transactions to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter data onto spreadsheets, ledgers, worksheets and/or other forms.
• Maintain financial records.
• Communicate with operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized files.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
