ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Bistro Attendant is responsible for the general operations of our on-site bistro, which requires providing an exemplary customer service experience to our residents, guests, and staff and the ability to multi-task efficiently and competently with little direction. Is responsible for always maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness.

• Maintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges in a Point-of-Sale system.
• Assists supervisor with inventory of supplies.

• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times.
