Ro Health is looking for a BCBA to join our East Bay team! Ro Health is a staffing agency that contracts behavior technicians to school districts throughout the East Bay Region.

We are looking for a BCBA with the desire to help RBTs in their supervision requirements & development, as well as guide unlicensed paraeducators in their pursuit of RBT certification.

The majority of this role will be focused on supervision in school settings, while also being part of our Psych & Behavioral Services team to develop new and creative ways to provide support to students that need us. This position is open to start as soon as possible to begin building a caseload, with full expectation to be full-time by the beginning of the fall semester (early August). We already have multiple RBTs with a need for supervision and renewal assessments!

Overview:

Schedule: M-F, approximately 35+ hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible, with a full caseload by October

Requirements:

Active BCBA Credential. (Please include your certification # on your resume)
