Boat Crew:
Our Boat Crew will support a dynamic Hawaiian boating experience that will blend fresh air, sunshine, nature, and ocean-curated activities. This person must thoroughly love the outdoors, being with people, and working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be a proficient swimmer who is warm, outgoing, and helpful. He or she will be responsible for ensuring the boat is in safe and working order, providing our guests with a memorable experience through personable water activity guides, and work in harmony with the rest of the crew and captain to efficiently operate the vessel. Previous experience in Hawaiian waters, boaters education, basic foiling knowledge, and deep-sea fishing are highly preferred.

Position Requirements: FIRST AID / CPR certified. Lifeguard certification.
