SALT PLANT IN RITTMAN NEEDS A LICENSED BOILER OPERATOR ON 2ND SHIFT. PAY RATE IS 23.51 PER HOUR UNION WAGE. MUST BE A LICENSED BOILER OPERATOR AND OPEN TO SWING SHIFT IN RITTMAN OHIO PAY RATE AGAIN IS $23.51 PER HOUR.
SHIFT INFO:
Start day shift on a Saturday
Day shift 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM Saturday – following Friday. Saturday Sunday Monday off
Tuesday start 3rd shift, 9:45PM – 5:45AM Tuesday through following Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday days off.
Thursday start 2nd shift, 1:45PM – 9:45PM Thursday through following Wednesday. Thursday and Friday off.
Back to 1st shift after that and the cycle starts over again.
Job Title: Vacuum Pan Utility - Grade: 7 Code: 0312 Line of Progression Vacuum Pan Engineer GENERAL SCOPE OF DUTIES: Performs various cleaning jobs and utility work in Dept. 3. Acts as relief person for Vacuum Pan Rover and is in line of process for Vacuum Pan Engineer. WORK PERFORMED: Assists Vacuum Pan Engineer and/or Rover with day to day operation of Production Department. Performs relatively unskilled maintenance work in Department 3, such as general cleaning, painting, changing of packing for pumps, cleaning of machinery, acid cleaning heat exchangers, cleaning up salt spills as needed, washes cisterns, and operates sludge disposal system. Assists in the operation of rotating equipment driven by steam turbines. Operates tractor and Bob Cat in cleanup. Assists with major repairs jobs in Department 3 and with pan boil out maintenance. Once licensed, may perform relief for long term absence (other than vacations) of the Vacuum Pan Engineer duties. Performs relief for and assists in Vacuum Pan Rover duties. May fill in for Process and Utility. Reports any damage to machines or equipment or spoilage of material to immediate Supervisor. Performs all related Good Manufacturing Practices and keeps records as required. Observes all Federal, State, and Company safety and health regulations. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner. May be required to do other duties related to the job.
