BOOKKEEPER - ACCOUNTANT - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
PART TIME [ Flexible Hours ]
PAY [ $22/Hour – Commensurate ]

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Executive Assistant to President
- Daily Bookkeeping Requirements
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Run Payroll & Issue Paychecks using Quickbooks
- Reconcile Bank & Credit Card Statements
- Maintain Filing of Records
- Intercompany Billing
- Generate Financial Statements from Quickbooks
- Track Cash Flow
- Pay Subcontractors & Collect Lien Releases
- Track Insurance Requirements for all Subcontractors
- Issue Contracts to Subcontractors
- Track Employees’ PTO
- Assist Project Managers with Daily Activities to facilitate the coordination for multiple construction projects
- Generate Monthly Construction Pay Applications to Customers [ General Contractors ]
EDUCATION & KEY SKILLS:
- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop [ minimum 2 Years ]
- Experience with MS Office with emphasis on Excel [ minimum 2 Years ]
- Accounting Degree or relevant work experiences within Construction Field
- General knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principles and procedures
- Knowledge of Data Management and Financial Data Analysis
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
