Full Job Description
We are seeking a bookkeeper to manage our finances. Your responsibilities will include tracking our organization’s revenue, expenses, and taxes, as well as producing financial reports. You will also be responsible for auditing our books to ensure our records are correct.
What we offer:
- Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 per year
- Benefits: Full benefits package including PTO
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Coordination with payroll provider
- Assist with monthly financials
- Bank deposits
- Establish, maintain and update files, records, and other documents.
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Coordinate account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of transactions; in conjunctions with the reconciliation team.
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and related payroll functions.
- Collaborate with customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve any issues.
- Create reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents as needed
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee cash flow and forecasting
- Prepare annual budget
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Associates degree in accounting, business, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems
- 2 years Bookkeeping/ Excel/ and Quick Books Experience.
- Excellent judgment, problem solving skills and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a culture focused on innovation.
- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational growth and development.
