What we need from you:

• Utilize customer issues to train & coach staff in developing stronger customer alliances.
• Consistently communicate to customers on sales, promotions, new product, and any other areas that support the education of customers and growth of business.
• Supervise branch and other non-branch staff performing branch functions while at the branch.
• Ensure the general safety, appearance, and maintenance of the branch facility. Communicates and addresses issues promptly.
• Communicate large volume extraordinary orders that exceed normal usage and intend to deplete stock levels.
• Report and promptly addresses inventory discrepancies.
• Ensures warranty area is maintained and reviewed on a weekly basis.
• Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies. Quickly addresses unsafe conditions. Adequately achieves assigned branch safety goals.
• Responsible for following all cash handling procedures, including daily deposits and balancing.

Preferred Job Requirements

• 5 or more years’ experience with logistics or distribution and related functions.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field or the equivalent in relatable
• work experience.
• 3 or more years’ experience with logistics or distribution and related functions
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
• Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.
• Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.
