Le Bleu Central Distributors, a leading licensee of Le Bleu Corporation, and leader in the Home and Office Delivery(HOD) bottled water and coffee services in central North Carolina, seeks talented professionals. We are in need of a full-time Branch Manager in our Powells Point, NC location.

· Responsible for hiring/training/and developing all branch employees

· Ensuring enough employees are employed to fulfill all daily duties

· Make sure proper check in and check out procedures are followed

· Inventory management

· Orders products to keep up with business demands

· Must be able to cover routes, will calls, and other customer relation duties

· Actively seeking new customer prospects

· Handles and facilitates all customer complaints and concerns

· Timecards and payroll

· Open communication and feedback with owners and other branch managers

· Communication with Office Manager on any updates and changes need it

· Building maintenance, pest control, propane tanks and grounds maintenance coordination

· Make sure all employees have the proper equipment (coolers, tablets, printers) to ensure their job can be done correctly

· Make sure all collected money is accounted for and over/short discrepancies are explained

· Warehouse and office supplies are ordered and fully stocked

· Ensure warehouse and offices are clean and maintained at all times

· Make sure route books are maintained and updated at all times

· Make sure all forklift operators are certified and trained

· Rotates stock and discards outdated product

· Responsible for all disciplinary action and proper reports when necessary

· Coordinate with employees during inclement weather situations

· Makes sure all employees adhere to Le Bleu Central past due customer regulations

· Responsible for uniform ordering and ensure employees adhere to proper dress code

· Be present in weekly conference calls

· Send proper paperwork to assigned management (BOL, Truck Analysis Reports, Invoices)

· Creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
