Job Description:

Looking for Business Analyst with Identity and Access Management background (SailPoint preferable )

Experienced Business Analyst needed to participate as a key team member on IAM projects. The position will be responsible for working with Project Managers, other Analysts, Technical Developers and Business Owners on a variety of projects utilizing their years of experience as a Business Analyst

Must have a background as an Applications Analyst or a Business Analyst, not a developer; Candidates without a background as an Applications Analyst or Business Analyst will not be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with all aspects of business analysis functions across multiple projects
• Knowledge of and experience of working in security domain, specifically IDAM is mandatory
• Knowledge of SailPoint is critical.
• Business process analysis
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Map / Gap analysis
• Process Flow mapping and analysis
• Creation of test plans and test cases
• Responsible for leading interactive requirements gathering sessions with business team members, documenting information and working with IT team members and Project Managers
• Ability to successfully work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiar with Identity and Access Manger concepts
• Proactive communication
• Must have strong written & clear verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives and various accounting personnel, either in person or over the phone
• Thorough knowledge of MS office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Visio and Project
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and proficiently
• Time management skills with the flexibility to work overtime as needed and when warranted
• Very detail oriented, milestone driven & dependable
• Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode
• Good to have a full IAM project lifecycle, at least one & ideally more (the background should not be support; it should be projects)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.50 - $48.00 per hour
