Cloud Analyst
McLean, VA

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Serve as the SME within the program office to technical and non-technical management to engage their understanding, support, and ability to effectively measure and manage the strategic directions and goals as they align with the agency's technology direction.
• Provide advice and guidance on the appropriate methods, techniques, and technology to use to achieve program goals and objectives such as the cloud data and cost management.
• Need knowledge of IT leadership role in the developing field of Cloud Technology and Deployments.
• Support business owners to develop Statement of Work (SoW) requirements for PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, CMS applications for Managed Cloud Environment.
• Support the agency budget analysts during the fiscal year review and budget preparation activities.
• Support the program office owner in understanding total cost of ownership of software, application, and technology.
• Provide expertise in defining value proposition for the business office on products fee setting by the program office to justify their chargeback and operation cost.

Required Qualifications:

• Mid-level with 10 years of experience
• Experience with AWS, and Azure Clouds
• Bachelor's Degree is nice to have
• Understanding contract, and project is must have
• Understanding and building technology solutions to solve business problems or challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Scale Agile Framework

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,180.35 - $95,000.00 per year
