Job Description:
- Established and maintained liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization in order to provide effective technical solutions.
- Conducted data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
- Contributed to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provided direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
- Drafted business requirement documents based on each identified gaps.
- Involved in integration of Salesforce CPQ with third-party domain using web services.
- Assessed client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) assisted in identifying business priorities and options.
- Designed & configured solution based upon business requirements and functional specifications.
- Provided factual content to feasibility study for standard configurations and enhancements.
- Provided assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection).
- Responsible for performing all tasks required to develop, implement, and support the Salesforce.Com application
and CPQ.
- Reviewed and approved test plans and monitored testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
- Investigated problems and recommended resolution.
- Identified need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
- Ensured work, information, ideas, and technology flow freely across team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
