We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our expanding business. The role will provide acquisition management and business analysis support to our CBP client and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work in a collaborative environment with multiple project teams, including with Federal staff and contractors, to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and related government agencies
- Assist client Acquisition Program Managers (APMs) during the development of program Acquisition and Systems Engineering documents, in accordance with the DHS D-102-01 Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF) and Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) directives and guidance
- On behalf of APMs, lead the development of program reports, documents, briefs, and other artifacts
- Lead the development of briefs and issue papers for acquisition programs
- Coordinate development of acquisition activities, taskings, and deliverables for APMs
- Assist with Program Management work by updating PowerPoint decks, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items
- Assist in solicitation, modification, and documentation of business requirements to support program development and execution
