We have an opportunity for you to join the team as the Business Development Representative! As a Business Development Representative, you will grow revenue and brand awareness by securing new business and manage existing customer partnerships. You will build rapport with current and new customers creating long-term business growth and success. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience building a pipeline of opportunities with new and existing customer relationships and working the pipeline to successfully secure business.

“A day in the life of the Business Development Representative looks like:”

  • Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to meet and exceed performance plan to include: contract negotiation, new product introductions, in outlet execution.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and generating interest from potential referral sources.
  • Manage, retain and renegotiate customer agreements with current customers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of competitive pricing strategies in the market; negotiate agreements with input from company leadership and prepare proposals to present to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and service forecast data.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with service partners including distribution and equipment operations.
  • Accurately estimate project efforts and timelines.

  • Proven ability to thrive and excel in a lean, fast-paced, dynamic environment with high performance expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of products and services.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to network with business owners, organizations, and professionals in the local market.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
