We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help promote our 3D solutions, including Dassault Systemes solutions, 3D printing and scanning technologies. The SolidXperience Group is a value-added reseller of cutting-edge technologies that help companies design and manufacture quality products for different industries.

Our team of highly skilled engineers and consultants propose innovative products and services that leverage the latest technologies and industry best practices.Our core competencies include mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, and we also offer comprehensive engineering services such as design and analysis, prototyping, and reverse-engineering.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for conducting market research, prospecting potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up discovery meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and customer service background, as well as a solid understanding of SaaS solutions. You should be a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various techniques to generate leads such as outbound calling, emailing, and creating and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • Identify and qualify leads according to prospect requirements.
  • Research and analyze target markets and customer needs, understanding trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and customer base.
  • Assist the sales team with presentations, meetings, and other customer-facing activities.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the CAD software solutions and related SaaS industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and/or manufacturing industries.
  • A demonstrated track record of success in a sales or customer service role.
  • At least 2 years of digital sales and customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions and the CAD software industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM, and other related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
