BI Developer

Role Responsibilities

The BI Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards for essential business functions. They will engage with the business leaders to determine and develop the reporting, models, and other automation processes. The BI Developer will also be responsible for the development of citizen developers throughout the organization.

Key Tasks

• Processing, and validating dashboard metrics

• Building datasets and dashboard templates for citizen developers

• Support ongoing maintenance of dashboards, reports, and automated processes

• Drive automation of business processes as established by the Digital Strategy groups

• Generate actionable dashboards for essential business metrics

• Lead the training and certification of citizen developers in business functions

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands on experience developing dashboards and models

• Ability to accept and adapt to shifting organizational challenges and priorities

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to develop and implement solutions

• Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure their completion in a timely manner

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills

• Comfortable expressing ideas to business leaders and presenting to executive teams

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in computer science or other quantitative discipline required

Experience

• 1-3 Years of hands-on experience with generating data models and dashboards preferred

• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and relational databases preferred

• Experience with PowerBI a plus

• Experience with Snowflake a plus

• Understanding of CPG/Bottler processes a plus

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
