We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Business Manager with the ability to execute with cross-functional teams on various projects in the general operations division of our company. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters of business including Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
This is a 100% full-time, remote position with flexible hours and great benefits!!. May need to travel on occasion to the North Jersey office location.
Responsibilities of Business Manager
· Support the CEO by assisting with Finance, Legal and HR varied tasks.
· Schedule appointments, maintain and update calendar accordingly.
· Perform minor accounting duties.
· Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis.
· Manage resource forecasting.
· Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
· Manage general administrative support.
· Plan appointments and events.
· Update and maintain Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
· 3 years’ of finance/accounting and business operations experience
· Advanced QuickBooks and MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems
· Experience in Salesforce CRM.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
· Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize projects.
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Have a valid Driver’s License/Transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
