Teresa's House Assisted Living and Memory Care Argyle, TX

Teresa’s House Argyle is a brand-new Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We are seeking a Business Office Assistant. This position will support the Business Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Office Manager.
  • Basic office duties: answering phones, respond to voicemails, filing, ordering of office supplies.
  • Compiles PO receipts and invoices for corporate accounting
  • Collects, sorts, distribute, and prepare mail appropriately.
  • Update employee files accordingly
  • Assist with orientation set up, new hire paperwork.
  • Assist BOM with daily assignments and projects.
  • Runs occasional office-related errands.
  • Providing customer service to families: fielding concerns, documenting, and reporting to appropriate team member.
  • Giving tours to inquiries, as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrates a professional and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Must-have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, organized, flexible, detail oriented and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
